A published author, Dr. Frey wrote Addictions and Clinical Counseling and has been featured in numerous academic publications, including the International Who’s Who of Intellectuals (Cambridge, England). He has also been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who as a Distinguished Humanitarian, underscoring his lifelong dedication to serving others through professional excellence and selfless contributions.
