I believe that each and every one of us whether 2 legged or 4 are very unique and have something special to offer this world we live in. It is our job to respect that uniqueness and provide the encouragement and space needed for individuals to thrive and shine at who they are and what they do. Our job is also to encourage the good in all and cherish not harm. I have had the privilege in having many different kinds of souls touch mine, and I have learned something from every one of them. I hope that my soul will do the same for someone else.
