Did appeal for defendant in a double homicide conviction.: Appealed state court decision (initially death penalty case but mitigating matters) on defendant’s conviction on a double homicide.

Appeallate practice success.: Did numerous appeals to Oklahoma Court of Civil Appeals regarding appealing for parent’s rights after they had already been terminated in state juvenile court.

2 appeals published by Oklahoma Court of Appeals: In juvenile matters and published appeal on juvenile law as well as oral arguments in front of the Oklahoma Court of Criminal appeals.
