Throughout his career, Mr. Awad has achieved million-dollar recoveries in more than one hundred and forty cases, including the highest jury and appellate award in a single year. A highly accomplished attorney, he served three Governors on the NYS Medical Malpractice Task Force, appointed by two Chief Judges of the Court of Appeals as a member of the Chief Judge of the State of New York Judicial Screening Committee, President of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, Governor of the American Association of Justice, and Dean of the New York State Trial Lawyers Institute.
